I hope you will not mind if I ask, how does your husband like the scent? How do you like it on your husband? Concern about the menthol scent. I apply menthol ointment on my lower back. I would hate to walk around smelling like menthol.
Does it smell like medication? I would hate smelling like menthol as I walk in public.

I really like this body wash, but my wife says that it makes me smell like cedar chips from a gerbils cage. The wash itself makes me feel clean, moisturized, and refreshed. At least I am a clean gerbil.
