Seems too much for just 2 standard batteries. 169 for 2 4ah and 2 2ah and a dual port changer would be better choice if speding 99 for just 2 . i am still keeping to the rule of under $10/ah. link below has a double charger with it. which alone was lowest at 99.

FWIW, a pair of 4.0Ah standard batteries, with charger, and bag for $79 has been posted multiple times here over the past year. Twice in June, once in April and March, and three times in February.

About a year ago, there was a deal for two batteries and a charger for $49, but it was a fleeting deal that only lasted about a day.

Just some perspective.

i don't know if i should keep the batteries 6A and 4A i got with a "free" tool. $90 good price for these batteries? I know ridgid is overpriced to cover LSA. I already have 2A and 4A rarely used batteries.
