YMMV but I got the deal to work by just adding the product to cart on the product page the OP linked. Even though there was an error showing that you needed to select on option, I didn't select any of the options for 2 batteries or tool only (selecting the option for 2 batteries doesn't get you the sell price). We'll see if this gets canceled or not

Compatible With All M18 Power Tools, Includes Two Batteries, and Charger, Fastest 18V Cordless Tire Inflator

Normally would be 500, down to 200, cheapest I have ever seen. Works with all M18 batteries, comes with 2 5.0ah Batteries.

Perpetually waiting on the M12 inflator on sale as thats what I have batteries from my other driver/tools. However does it make sense to buy this one with its batteries just for the inflator? I hate to accumulate more and more types of batteries and its too bad milwaukee has two battery versions. Some day i plan to get a impact wrench and was planning on the M12 1.5 stubby but maybe i should look at the M18 also.
Thanks

How's it handle blowing up air beds, pool rafts, etc? I have been tempted but love that my current inflator has high pressure mode and also a blower style mode for fast filling of low psi stuff.
Its great for tires and has adapters for balls and inflatables, never used it for an airbed but it has great output.

What is the benefit to getting in on this deal vs. buying the two batteries + charge that comes with the inflator for free?

Usually yes. You'll probably get more money back by reselling them though

I got the M12 version of this. It came with 1 battery and the charger for around $120. If this scales up accordingly to the price increase, then it's a great product.

It depends on where you plan to use it most. For larger tires like SUV and trucks I would suggest m18 one it's regular sedan size or just occasional top offs then m12 is plenty enough. I tried both and m12 is more compact but it wasn't best for 19" rims SUV car (took longer times to fill and hose was getting pretty hot,) so I gave it to my dad and got m18 instead. Most of my tools are M18 series thougg with few m12 like fuel surge impact, rivet gun, soldering iron and it's nice that most Milwaukee chargers support both types for convenience bit I wouldn't get into m18 just because of one or two tools.

You have to do store shipping it wouldn't ship it to my house. It said the items were out of stock when I tried shipping to my house but it let me ship to the store.
