There are a number of odd things in the Target spec listing: 5 video out ports (not possible), Bluetooth 4.1 (they don't make WiFi cards with BT 4.1 anymore), LPDDR4x (hints at soldered RAM with no slots), USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C and Type A (laptops in this price range is generally 3.2 Gen 1 a.k.a. 3.0)

It does have a camera. If you look at the photos, at the top of the laptop screen, you can see the camera.

I can vouch for the build quality of the Vivobook, mine is an older model but has served me quite well over the last 2 years. I don't game, but for every purpose I've used it for it has been a trouble-free snappy laptop. That's with an older processor and 8g ram.

The memory is LPDDR (low power DDR) which generally means they are not removable.
So, memory is unlikely to be upgraded.

On the other hand, more than 90% of laptop these days (except for some 2-in-1) have removable SSD.
