It's good for 4k video playback and playing retro emulators. I also use it to stream 4k games via GeForce now. You could also install older PC games via steam but don't ask for too much from it. It's a great machine for steaming games.
The model I got is called a Chuwi Larkbox and had an Intel N100 ( slightly better chip that has a bit better of a iGPU ). For the price on temu with various coupons I like it with the only con being you can not add a 2.5" ssd to the Chuwi.
I haven't heard a lot about this particular brand. If you are shopping in the $160 price point for something like this I'd personally go with a slightly more known brand like Beelink or Minisforum ( both have models with the N100 chip for around $160 ) as there will be more documentation and community help if you run in to any issues.
