If you are Costco member, look at buying from there since you get total of 5-yr warranty.

Get it with 5 years warranty. My 5 years old LG OLED is showing screen burn-ins and can't even fix it now. 😣
Does anyone have experience using the warranty? Are most issues covered?

$1619.99 on LG perks site. You need employee, AAA or student membership.

I too am wondering what issues are covered.

Burn in?
Damage?
Dimming?

I'm thinking of getting a CostCo membership for the TV.

I was able to sign up with my employer email.
This was the process I used:
https://sso.us.lg.com/oauth/page/...d&store=pm
I signed up at the bottom with my work email.

Also, Costco has 90-day returns in case this TV doesn't work or get a better deal through the holidays.
What is costco price match policy I bought a 77 Sony CK from them in July.......

Costco pricematch is only 30 days. If it is within 90 days, your best bet is to return and rebuy or buy a new one and return it with old receipt

Best option here is Walmart. 5 year warranty is 129.00.
It's be cheaper to join Costco for $55 and get the extended warranty with them.

That warranty doesn't cover burn in

Costco allstate warranty specifically excludes burn in. Only Best Buy warranty covers it, hence why its way more expensive. OLEDs suck.

I'd bite if this included the Best Buy 5 year warranty (a MUST imo), but its another $388, plus tax. Too much for LG junk.
