About this product:
Inspired by the iconic Yves Saint Laurent white T-shirt and black jacket, this fragrance features notes of bergamot and sage, which offer a sharp freshness anchored by notes of cedarwood.
This woody aromatic fragrance has a blend of bergamot, geranium, lemon, ginger, pineapple, apple ambergris and musk
It's an ok fragrance and is fairly weak. The EDP is way better IMO with stronger performance. I have a 10ml set from YSL with these 2 and l'homme and la nuit de l'homme. I picked up a full bottle of EDP instantly. As always, try to get your nose on the fragrances and see what you like. There's also clones by Lattafa, Fakhar and Sheik Shuyukh Final Edition.
I have this and it's not bad. Lasts about 4 to 5 hrs, but the best way I can describe is a faint light sweat musk. as in if you were working out but your sweat smells pleasant.
Where to get a decant? And how reliable are they as the manufacturers do not have decants, if I am right?
there are several places on line. I've used Decanthouse.com. Many use scentplit and decantx.com but i havent used the latter two. I tend to go with the one with the cheapest price that has what i'm looking for. But the fragrance reddit thread or even fragranceclones thread on reddit is a good place to ask someone if a decant site is legit. Like has anybody used this. if nobody then move on and aske about another one.
Fragrances are universally unisex. Reason is they have to put a gender label for marketing purposes. I think there are different standards/marketing for men and women when it comes to beauty, cosmetics and clothing. It's a money making machine industry.
If you go to Fragrantica or YT, plenty of women wear or like perfumes that are marketed towards man. On the contrary, men can also wear perfumes that are marketed as woman but it just depends on your comfort level of sweetness and/or floral notes. It can become too feminine. Best is to put your nose on the individual fragrance.
For example, Tom Ford Bitter Peach is too floral and powdery for me. Hope that helps.
Thank you very much for the detailed and thoughtful response.

I can't picture this.. when I workout and sweat it smells like swamp ass. 😣
I own this fragrance and am not a fan. I've used it only a handful of times but it's one of my least favorite "mid grade" fragrances. To me it smells reminiscent of dolce and gabbanas light blue, but with a sharper more overpowering front of nose smell. Not that is smells like watermelon, but it has that kind of artificial "watermelon" fragrance that a lot of the "blue" colognes have. Honestly this one to smell a bit generic, cheap and offensive. Wish I could return it as I never use it.
Why am I picturing Pierce Brosnan, in a silk robe with a cigar, holding a glass of Cognac, lounging in his favourite full grain leather chair?
Well that's probably because you sound like a caricature of Pierce Brosnan, in a silk robe with a cigar, holding a glass of Cognac, lounging in his favourite full grain leather chair. "People still buy edt hurrumph peasants"
I don't like people different perfumes to work.. best fragrance is fragrance free. Just like cooking. Best cooking is with no smell. Your best smell can be absolute disaster for other people.
