I'm willing to bet they cancelled all the ones that were located outside their cheapest delivery zone. Saved themselves money.

Unfortunately this has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth, everything about it is so wildly unprofessional. It's almost unreal. It speaks to chaos at the company; it's really such a big mess up that maybe they aren't profitable and could be laying people off associated with keeping these systems running.
At least that's the only thing I can think of, because they did a giant sale - and I don't buy that it was a mistake, that makes no sense. People were buying subs for hours. At any reasonable company, that kind of buy activity would trigger further review.
The fact that this not only didn't happen, but they proceeded to RE OPEN orders AGAIN and then cancel everything AGAIN, like it's just unreal.
This deal was insane but the conduct here makes me wonder if the company will even be around next year, and if that's the case, you ain't getting no 5 year warranty regardless.
How could anyone possibly trust this company after such a poor showing? They've lost my business forever, not because of the situation, but because of how poorly they handled it on multiple levels.

This isn't new and just in this situation(like all the other times) people were warned of the risk but continued to try to purchase this.
Very unlikely they will go anywhere,after all IF you are one of the lucky ones, you do end up with good performance for the price.
After I reordered on the 31st, I haven't gotten the cancellation yet.
FWIW, if you order two at once the free shipping changes from standard to Fedex freight. Previously I had done separate orders of single units and they were all getting canceled, but as noted I got a shipping notification for the first time when using freight.
