When in twin step mode, it's 7 feet max, when folded all the way out flat, it's 15 feet.
I've never purchased a ladder before and not aware of the "reach height". With that being said, I really like the ladder and it's easy to use and portable. Still allows me to reach most of what I need.

Saw this one for $199 and the LG at $175 so I got the LG. Now I just had to return and pick up the gorilla version for cheaper. I'm happy about that. They seem to be basically the same ladder so I don't care about the brand.
I do care about saving that amount of money.
