Allow up to two billing cycles after the promotion ends for the promotional cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credit to be added to your account. If you have fuel delivered such as heating oil, that might count as the gas category. However, the best option for utilities like electricity and water is 5% with a version of the Elan Max Cash Preferred or the US Bank Cash+ card.
