The automatic emails that were a staple 2-3+ years ago has been broken! If you met the conditions you'll see the offer move to your "Savings" category in the offers and you might not even get the email even then as has been the case for my recent BJs offer (Spend $55 and get $30 back) but the credit showed up 3 days later.
I think this "broke" because they went from sending out the automatic email when the authorization hit to waiting for vendor confirmation and posting of the charge.
