Take a look at the website - rtings.com. They do a ton of TV testing and break everything down in easier to understand teams and have a bunch of tools to help narrow the search. I don't think this Hisense is any good.

Understand that I'm an old guy & know next to nothing about the fancy TV sets these days. I grew up in the '50s when all TVs were plagued with horizontal & vertical roll, with adjustment knobs accordingly, and the largest I recall was 21" and seemingly weighed a ton. This appears to be a real SD. Repped.

I bought a 65 inch from Walmart a few months ago. Delivered perfectly fine. The package was well secured in styrofoam from the manufacturer. Ymmv

LOOK it's described on the website
I'm not looking for 14.1". My TV stand is 60" wide and wondered if legs would fit on it. The depth is fine.

I think they expected that some of us might enjoy just a tad of objectivity and a dissenting opinion from the normal attacks from low karma shill accounts.

Either way, I appreciate this community for helping me make informed decisions. This deal is one that I'm passing on. But I can see the appeal, if size and price are most important.

I just got mine in and have not unboxed it yet I'm waiting on a friend to help me. It was delivered this morning from my local Walmart in a small SUV. The girl had two 75-in TVs in the back of her car laying on their side. I will post back after I hooked it up and checked for damage.

Well I got it set up and to be honest I'm pretty happy with it. I believe it is edge lit but it doesn't look as bad as my 2021 Hisense which is also edge lit. The TV is set up in my bedroom which is kind of bright with a couple windows but the brightness of the TV isn't terrible but it's definitely not super bright either. Overall I'm pretty happy with it for $400

Got my parents a 55" Hisense R7 model from Costco 3 years ago. Its been a solid tv. Has a IPS panel so really good viewing angles for their living room. I am considering getting this 75" to replace it. I've gone to Best Buy and Costco and Walmart and am pretty positive the 75" is an IPS display which is what they need.

The only issue I kind of have is the A6 / R6 models don't have Dolby Atomos. Not a huge deal but I have a sound bar for their tv that has upward firing speakers that are supposed to take advantage of Atmos. Best Buy has the A76K, which is basically the same tv with Atmos but its $120 more which is not worth it at this price savings. Also considering the U7K which is in another price category.

I ordered this but I'm hoping to see some reviews from people here who actually got it and set it up. It seems like there's not a whole lot known about this model. I got it to replace a 12ish year old 55" Panasonic plasma that still works great- I just wanted a larger tv. I'm not too picky. However last BF I got a very cheap 65" Element TV from Target and the bleed was so terrible I returned it.

I snagged one last night for store pickup for $398 + 5 year extended warranty for $55, picked it up earlier today, and I plan to set it up this evening. I will post back here once I see how the picture and sound are. They had a different version of an 75" R6 Hisense on display in the store (model 75R6E4 for $578) and it had a pretty decent picture so hopefully this 75R6030K version will be similar. Not expecting OLED mini-led local dimming 120hz quality for this cheap, but hopefully it will be decent enough that I don't have to return it.

Problem with buying TVs from Walmart is that chances are, they will always come with screens cracked. I think it's their warehouse issue. They don't give a damn
Ah, perhaps true indeed however opening it upon delivery will alleviate some possible aggravation. But Wallys is aware of the shipping issues and responds quickly.

I bought 3 TVs in the last year or so: 1) Walmart 65-inch pick-up: no problem, 2) Best Buy 82-inch delivery: no problem - good service, 3) Costco 82-inch delivery: broken screen, last unit available, out of luck - bad delivery service too.

Mine was delivered today. Here's something that took me way too long to figure out: under Settings there's a section called TV Inputs that lists each of the HDMI ports. For each port there is an option for HDMI Mode. I had the setting for my Xbox Series X set to Auto (recommended) and I guess it defaulted to the Compatibility mode because the HDR/Dolby Vision and auto Game Mode settings were all disabled and the Xbox said they weren't supported by the TV. After I changed the HDMI mode to Standard they were all working again. Not sure why the recommended Auto mode would default to worse settings but oh well.
