Nothing I change/do seems to help. Is this maybe because i placed an order a few days ago for a A54 (which should arrive today)?
I also bought another metro phone under my name about 2 weeks ago. could this be the problem?
Gosh yeah we sincerely apologize for this and we are actually aware of the situation.. And we are getting this update with the website to improve it's feature.
Rest assure it is not something on your end. We don't have estimated time of repair yet but you can definitely try it later maybe a couple of hours..

Oops, something went wrong.
Edit: Now I'm getting address verification errors again trying to re-place order.
Edit 2: Called support and they are saying my order did go through and will arrive Sunday. Apparently their system is going through an "update" and the online order tracker is unreliable.
