Recently start observing throttle issues in high traffic areas like outlet mall or sports venue. AT&T customers do not see such issues. But I can live with it as paying $240 for full year for a 10GB data plan.

OR, the $60/year plan was/is better on their official site than eBay. Just order it from their site to replace you current $20/month plan.
Did the second way myself (13 mini) since it had better service allotments. No issues so far.
