Not sure I can through words. Take a new ipads's scrolling and it's the complete opposite of that. You scroll and it takes time for the screen to catch up. i'd get an ipad over this but needed an Android tablet for tachiyoma app for friend to read manga. Even an older Galaxy tab would work miles better than this one. Very disappointed. I agree with the person who linked the China/Asia version of this tablet with the Snapdragon soc. It'll be so much better than this for roughly the same price especially if you don't need the pen

Based on my research, pay $100 more for the Pixel Tablet or a bit more for the Xiaomi Pad 6. For a kid, you can easily get away with the Lenovo M10 though!
Where is a new pixel tablet for $370? I'm seeing $499

Finding the keyboard on AliExpress is difficult. they don't bundle so if you need a keyboard. I don't see how that's better

I know exactly what you are talking about because same thing happened to me and I was so scared, but like you said it was from first boot up. After updates and everything was finally set up, it's smooth and fluid. Haven't seen any lag so it's not really an issue.

I purchased this on Dec 2. It arrived on the 8th. This was an upgrade from a 10" Samsung A8.

I have no plans to use this a productivity tool. It's just the way I read the paper and watch videos when I am on a plane or away from the house.

I was able to find a case on Amazon, although the selection is certainly quite a bit lower than more popular tablets.
The colors are nicer and the sound quite a bit better than my Samsung A8, which is about 3 years old. It certainly feels faster, although for my use, that's not overly important. I watched a video on it and the extra 2" on the screen made for a better experience. But since I typically watch video with headphones, the improved sound is not really a big deal.

The battery life is quite a bit better than the A8. I recharged the A8 about every 3rd day. I have yet to recharge the P12 after the initial charge, and after 5 days use, it's still about 40%

It is quite a bit heavier than my A8. My A8 took an unfortunate tumble off my kitchen table shortly after I bought it, and has a few screen cracks as result. Being larger and heavier, the P12 is likely more susceptible to damage than the A8. I will need to be cautious, particularly when traveling with it in my backpack.

Why do you need to get keyboard from AliExpress? I'm sure the same one sold here would work. This deal doesn't even come with the keyboard so how is this a better deal? Only thing missing is the pen so even if you do need to pay extra for the pen. The performance increase is well worth the price.

As of yesterday, the EXTRA5 doesn't work. And the code they sent for registering with Lenovo doesn't work, either! Think I'll wait for a deal on a Samsung tablet!

I just ordered 2 of the bundle w/keyboard case & pen. After tax it came to $588.25. I was able to use EXTRA5, Teacher discount through ID.me, and the email coupon ($20 off two). In addition, there's a particular CB site giving 11% back at Lenovo, and I paid through PayPal using Chase Freedom's 5% CB this quarter. Net should be $246 each. This will be a hard price to beat for a 12.7" tablet with pen and keyboard case. All I plan to use them for is light browsing, streaming, and the main reason for a large tablet, reading sheet music!!!

Sub total: $799.98
Instant Savings: -$160.00
EXTRA5 eCoupon Savings: -$32.00
Cart Threshold Savings: -$20.00
ID.me Savings: -$30.40
Tax: $30.67

Has anyone that bought one been able to find a case w/ a stand for this that actually gets delivered? I've ordered 3 separate cases on Amazon now and they all end up getting canceled or delivery delayed by a month+. Even ones that claim to be prime shipping.

To clarify, I think the reason that this worked for me o 11/11/23 was that I had put them in my cart with all the discount codes shortly after the OP deal was posted. I didn't complete the order at the time since the CB site lowered their % while I was thinking. THEN, I checked back with that site on 11/11 and their Lenovo CB was 11% so I clicked through and all my discounts were still in my cart. CB is already showing on the site I used. Fingers crossed that this ships!!!

Why not purchase the keyboard version that includes a backcover and stand and the front keyboard?

Well I've already bought/received the tablet at this point so I would assume it's too late on that as it looks like the keyboard pack is $90 sold separately. I have no use for the keyboard and didn't realize a simple stand case was going to be so hard to get delivered in a reasonable amount of time!

I actually think the sellers are acting in bad faith on Amazon. This was 3 separate cases from 3 separate sellers where they said they were shipping with prime 2-day delivery, and then on the delivery date said there was a delay and the new delivery date was 4-6 months away. I'm pretty sure they are sending these things from China and know people won't buy them w/ a 6 week delivery date so they're listing it as prime eligible and then claiming it got "delayed".
