Interestingly, I disagree. I bought the headrest and it turns out that it throws off your posture and contributes to neck pain. It happend to me and now I'm working on reversing the process

I do not get it. Each time I look at the Aeron price, sale or no sale, it is always around $1200-1300 for base setup. It feels like they are just playing with msrp

I've owned a couple mesh chairs from Costco in this price range. The comfort, build quality, and material durability were nowhere near a HM Aeron. The seat filaments became stretched out after a few months of sitting, and I began feeling the hard plastic frame under my thighs. One of the gas lift cylinders eventually failed. (I weigh 160 lbs.)
I still shop at Costco, but I don't buy their office chairs.

If Costco's chair has the same build quality and other equal or greater features, I doubt most people would buy the HM chair... Especially when HM's chair costs 13 times more than that Costco chair at current price.

If I plan to buy HM chair, should I buy it now or maybe wait until some cashback sites have their holiday bonus? (Currently I think the bonus is around 2.5% now and sometimes its 15%...

I might be only one who didn't like the embody? It was too stiff and no head support. Loved the Aeron though

I guess they don't want my money. It says:
"The card number entered is invalid. Please enter a valid card number (numbers only)."
I did only put in numbers, but it is automatically inserting spaces and won't let me delete them. also tried a different card. using chrome on desktop, tried firefox too.
