As usual with these PayPal deal I always get "This card cannot be used for this transaction," no matter what credit card I use.

PayPal says it's the credit card issuer and the credit card issuer says it's Paypal.

I used to buy these GCs, but lately found that Lyft is way cheaper, even after the 10% discount. So now I just have a bunch of Uber credits sitting around. I don't buy them anymore.

I was able to get 3 then hit the limit so not sure if limit is 2 like the description says

It depends. Although uber can be slightly expensive, occasionally its the other way around. Better to check both when the service is needed. 2) i found their food delivery prices to be slightly higher than the competition so stopped using them. With grubhub prime collaboration and DoorDash's convenience, it would be hard for ubereats to compete with higher prices.

For some reason, PayPal is not allowing me to use my Chase Flex credit card (5% PayPal reward) as a funding source.

Same thing happened to me. Keeps defaulting to savings account as funding source.
