Came here to say this. Not CreaPure and I've actually noticed that theirs seems to not mix as well and still stays gritty when you mix it with a protein shake. Haven't have that issue with the Nutricost or Cellucor I usually buy.

I took this for a couple weeks and got a kidney infection and my hair started falling out. I assume this is rare because of how many people swear by creatine but I also told my doctor and he said quote,"Creatine shreds your kidneys." I know it's anecdotal but maybe I help someone else.

I like this creatine but the bottle opening is so small it is a pain in the rear to scoop anything out.

Creatine is totally harmless to your kidneys. That is an old myth.

Is it just me or do other people just scoop the 5g of powder into your mouth and gulp it down with water or whatever you're drinking.

I've done this since the beginning of time because so much is wasted as film around the cup when you mix it.

The Optimum Nutrition protein powder is the same way. Like half of it will blend and the other half will stay powdery no matter how much you try to stir it. I don't think it really affects anything aside from the consistency of the drink.

I bought Allmax essential creatine 1000g that is creasyn which is supposed be nearly the same as creapure for less than $20 may of 2022.
