Came here to say this. Not CreaPure and I've actually noticed that theirs seems to not mix as well and still stays gritty when you mix it with a protein shake. Haven't have that issue with the Nutricost or Cellucor I usually buy.

My eGFR was low when I took 2.5g a day. I drink a lot of water and tea. I stopped and now it's normal. It's a shame because creatine helped my lifts in the gym

Your eGFR doesn't reflect your kidney function when you take creatine. eGFR is your creatinine level in the blood. It's like saying my creatine level was high when I took creatine.

There is a rule in my house: Never buy anything that you eat or use on your body (shampoo, cremes, lotion) from Amazon. I have been burnt far too many times on fake products. This one is no different, it might be expensive to go buy from a B&M store, buy you will get real product.
