Oh great, another game that I'm sure my local GameStop won't have in stock. It's a good deal if your local store has it.
Be careful, gamestop will try to give used games as New. I'm still dealing with it. =(.
I ended up getting the display case, when I tried to trade it at another GameStop for a sealed new copy they all said they were out of stock. I hear they are also replacing warrantied PS5s with a used one if it's even in stock. This company is on it's last leg, I regret renewing my membership

Gameplay is pretty fun. I'm about 3-5 hours in and I eventually completely lost interest in the story, but that's not uncommon for me when plots take themselves too seriously. For $5, it's worth a go at it.
Decent game especially for $5 if you're into JRPGs at all. I'm really not, but still enjoyed it enough to pay $20 for the ultimate edition when it left Gamepass before I beat it.
Visuals, music, and combat gameplay are good. The bonding between characters is nice too. Beyond that the plot can be pretty anime-tropey but is still enjoyable enough imo
Just got a copy of this from gamestop. Ordered a new copy. What I got was a used copy. Along with several other "new" games that all arrived used, except for one that still had the tape on the case.
This is every Bandai game. Left click attack, right click for a different attack, dodge. Dodge makes the other two better. Kill 4 enemies in a zone, move to the next zone. PS3 environmental graphics. Super disappointing.

Why are they still in business. They have given me a cringe feeling since I was young on nearly every purchase. I stopped shopping there for over a decade then did some pop up purchases here and there and almost 90% of time they diappoint and I have to spend time and wasted my life between the phone or in store fixing issues that would have never happened if I had purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or Best Buy. But tbh I hate supporting those retailers as well for different reasons

It's meh. So many of these anime-inspired games really aren't worth the time to even play for free. The combat is just not very fun.
