I've never heard of this band in my life so I went on spotify to listen to their most popular songs. I had no idea that "nerd rock" was a thing. Or perhaps another way of categorizing it is: "Music a person wearing Dad jeans and Dad shoes would listen to". The only way I can describe this band.

I was introduced to tmbg around 1994 with the album John Henry. I like how each song was so different from the other.
We saw them a couple of years ago in Oakland CA.
They write A LOT of songs.
