The balsam and cedar is my absolute favorite. I burn them all year.

However. These typically will get put on sale for 10 ea around Black Friday.

Get your candles at Aldi, they are the same or better. My wife (a candle snob) switched and stopped getting candles from Yankee Rip-Off years ago. The 14oz 3-wick is $4.49 and the 70z single wick is $2.49. They currently have the balsam in 7oz. At a time before people caught on you could find leftovers on sale for almost half price, those days are few if ever now as they sell out on a regular basis especially the seasonal.

The founder is dead. He also sold Yankee Candle about 15 years ago. His son started his own candle company, Kringle Candle, which is superior to modern Yankee Candle in every way.

Both Yankee, and Kringle Candle are made in Western Massachusetts and employ a couple thousand people total.

Because it takes longer to get an even burn and sometimes won't even burn right no matter what.
