You got me! I only wipe with the finest 5 ply stainless steel! It keeps my shiny metal ass, well, nice and shiny!
Little of both, if you're talking about the ultra comfort, it holds up better than the 1 ply, but is softer, it's technically less sheets, but in my experience, you use a lot less of it to do a better and more comfortable job, the ultra clean feels like sand paper to me.
