Throw blankets are large enough they appear useful, but are actually not large enough to reasonably cover anyone.

This makes them more annoying than wet socks and milk jugs with 2 tablespoons remaining, multiplied by 12.

* This includes kids. Kids despise them too. Arguably even more. Also pets. Pets can't stand them. Throw blankets are the devil's spawn.

If my cat will hate this blanket, then I hate it too! Down with throw blankets! Send them straight back to hell!

Haha I will add that I have a kid, that kid is obsessed with throws. Asks for them for his birthday and uses them consistently. I usually get the slightly larger ones from Costco and they work well... Bonus, I get to keep the thermostat a bit lower 😁

Let's agree to disagree. I am with you, but my wife and kids love them.

Was thinking of buying this for my cats. They do love Sherpa right?

New cat owner here!

Bed Bath and Beyond had a bunch of these in my local store during their bankruptcy/clearance sale, so I picked one up. I like it! Comfortably soft, doesn't shed, decently warm. I'm happy with it. $20 seems like a good price.

Thank you for the previous comment on this actual product. Sometimes like in this posting people like to treat the threads like social media and vent their feelings too much.

What material should they be?? 🤔
Didn't know they make them in different material(s)… polyester is all I own. 😣

I do like throw blankets ... lightweight but warm.
People turn down the heat at night in the house ... so I do kinda wish they were larger (I'm 5'3" and they cover your whole body if you don't move around at night but would be nice to get some extra space on them).
Anyone have recs on extra large ones (can still cover just one person in a twin... but give extra space so you can move around a bit)
