Yeah, but think about who gets motivated to go online to write a TrustPilot review for Kohls? I've shopped there for years, decades probably, and have been pretty happy with them, but it's never occurred to me to review them.

The only time I've written a TrustPilot review was once when a company completely pissed me off. I felt like I needed to do something, I told myself it was to warn people, but really it was more to try to get even or something.

Not saying their reviews aren't valid, but they are most certainly a very biased sampling.

These are really nice. CS aside, I like the last one I got and will be getting another. I got the last one in a Kohl's Amazon Locker. Things go bad sometimes, but how often do you fight over a blanket???

Granted, I've never had the need to wash it as a topper that's never touched my skin expect pieces of my face, but it doesn't shed, and is super comfy. Dozens other blankets stored aside, I do like this one.

Nope. I legitimately change my mind, as I find the limited selection of items I can use my Kohl's cash on to be less than stellar. It's not my fault that they give me $5 kohl's cash for in store pickup, and I change my mind before picking up the item. Customer service tells me to go complete the pickup then have it refunded. Why do they pay me $5 kohls cash to do this? Seems ludicrous… but they do. So it is what it is. What should I order next?
