The display is good enough for indoor at 250 nits, 1080p IPS True Colors. Other Lenovo laptops use horrible TN to hit this price. I use a 250 nit Gateway/Dell with no issues indoors.
The Intel 12th Gen i3 pairs great with another 8GB ram ($15). The 12th Gen 6-core is big improvement from 8th/10th Gen 4-core.
Wifi 6 has the strong Intel 2x2. Other laptops use weaker 1x1.
Charging uses the more reliable power port. It doesn't appear to use USB-C charging.
You can't expect highest spec parts for $250, but this dell use quality name brand parts.
If you do lots of work outdoors and travel alot, look for 400-500 nit, go for Latitude 5000/7000 series/Thinkpad L13, expect to spend $250(refurb) to $600(new)
Buy these x86 windows laptop with extra RAM slots, its going to be less available once ARM X on Windows goes mainstream in 1-3 years. Probably be the last x86 laptop that your ever need.
The 250 nit is usable indoors
