II paid $220 for it in August and I still haven't received it and they said they can't do anything about it and they can't give me a refund and I need to call my bank and cancel it myself.

Holy $@#t that is f@#$ed up! I lm hesitant to buy it because they ask you online to buy the insurance for an extra 12 bucks and if you don't they say they aren't responsible if it is lost, damaged,etc during shipping. I hope you get your money back.

I ordered mine August 8th and received it the 11th / unlocked same day with a $1.99 code from ebay and been good ever since.

Yes its 100% carrier unlocked, as long as you new carrier has the bands, it will work.

Keep in mind as far as i know you can not buy the unlock codes at the point. The unlockers do not have the codes for the phones made after august yet.

Who is paying over 4.99 for a remote onlock we can't post links so look up drunlock on ebay use him. I have this phone for a few phones it's fine
Make sure you cancel your boost and pay with paypal and turn off automatic payments easy

I have it unlocked on T Moblie no issues
