My advice is get the black dial version if you buy this. I got a white face and it is much harder to read the time. On the white face the hands blend into the background

Currently 3.7% which is way down from the 7% when Joe moved in. Still high compared to the 2%'s years and years before that.

40mm size. I have a small wrist and the smallest watch I wear is 43mm. I wear 45mm and they look fantastic. Just note 40mm will look small on a larger wrist.

I consider a small wrist under 7 inches. 40mm is the highest I would go and that's only for sport watches. Dress watches, I go even smaller because they appear bigger with less bezel. However, if you are happy with how it looks, disregard this comment

Inflation was 1.4% in Jan 2021

^ this but for a different reason. If you are looking for a long term retention of value and even appreciation of value, get the black dial. The traditional moonwatch speedmaster has always been the black dial.

Not practical ordering online from Japan. Duties and taxes equalizes what savings you make. Then there's shipping anxiety when your tracking stops moving while held in transient by customs. Sometimes your package gets "random" held by customs as they figure out is it is legally purchased or not. At times they "gets lost in transit" i.e. stolen, you will be SOL.
