Agreed, if you do like sim racing after trying this wheel, everyone can vouch upgrading from this to a T300 with T-LCM pedals before a Direct Drive wheel. From what I've researched about the T150 with the used market on ebay, they run for $100-140 including shipping, but if you want new condition then this is an amazing deal as long as the *shipping service* on this site is okay.

We only have the PS3 and GranTurismo 5, but my young son is asking for a wheel and pedals (x-mas). Should I go this route or a Logitech G29 (renewed, $185) from Amazon? Hefty price tag, but I'll be using it too, lol.

What other PS3 games are compatible with this, or is it not worth it unless I use PC/PS4? Thanks for any advice.

The G29 is quite a bit newer of a model (if I understand correctly) and has a better pedals set (although the clutch is kinda irrelevant unless you plan on getting a shifter add-on). I've had the G29 before and thought the FF was less than stellar. That being said, I'm used to the Thrustmaster 150's bigger brother, the T300 (my daughter's rig) and also the T500RS (my rig). The TMs are belt driven and are smoother, quieter, and perhaps a bit more "natural" in its feel.

If you're going to be playing older games/on older systems, I'd say go with the T150 as compatability won't become a (potential) issue until you upgrade to more recent games anyway.

Yep I play GT7 and F1 on ps5 with this exact model. The spring in the accelerator broke in mine after 6 months of regular gameplay, but other than that it's been pretty solid and brought me tons of fun.

ordered, wish it came with a stick shifter instead of paddles but ill just sell and upgrade later. gonna be using for modded assetto corsa. have you guys seen gameplay? modded AC looks INSANE.

The logitech deals are better deals. This t150 is more like a gift for a child. No clutch, and a shifter for it is $200. The Logitech shifter is $60, and at times you can get the Logitech wheel, pedals and shifter for $200 give or take.

Getting as a young adult/adult you will find your self looking the sell it for something better sooner than later.
