Not a bad deal. I was able to get the yoga strap from T.J. Maxx for I think $2 and the yoga blocks were I think $5 or $6 for one. This is a bit more and saves you from having to hunt them down.

Off topic but can someone recommend a good mat to do my core exercises in? I have really weak bad knees and the floor hurts my knees really bad. I need one with a lot of padding for my knees

I bought a mat like this to do yoga at home. Look for one with the best coupon. https://a.co/d/2BtgQ84

If you want to invest in a quality mat, look at a yoga mat that is 6+mm thick. The extra thickness will help with the floor.

I dislike the traditional exercise mat. They're low quality, unstable, and squishy. A yoga mat still has a solid feel instead of trying to work out on what is basically a mattress or pillow.

I've been shopping around for a new yoga mat just to use up my work health perks. Not exactly the least expensive but the Manduka Pro and Jade Fusion mats are highly rated. I'll likely go with the 71" 6mm Manduka Pro since I've had a Manduka 68" 4mm for the past decade. Waiting to see if they drop for Black Friday. I no longer practice yoga 🧘 just some poses and stretches pre workout 🏋️ downward dog 🐶

Limited-time deal: Peloton Reversible Workout Mat | 71" x 26" with 5 mm Thickness, Premium Heavy-Duty Floor & Yoga Mat, Tear & Scratch Resistant, Black, Red https://a.co/d/fSvOO9D

Might want a little thicker than this, but I'm sure this is a quality mat.

Great deal and far cheaper than the Manduka pro. I'll order it now and compare it against the Manduka. What's the difference between the workout and bike mat? Oh it's the size, the bike mat is 4mm 36" wide vs 5mm 26". https://www.reddit.com/r/yoga/s/0S9xpKwYbN

Might check out Tj max for the Peloton.

The TJs and Marshalls in my area have had Peloton stuff for about a year now. Everything from heart rate monitors to water bottles its all there. I got a full set of dumbbells for super cheap. Even got a 30lb one for 8.99 since there was no price tag and they went off the next closest one on the shelf.

I think at this point I have everything peloton that has been sold at these stores.

If you can wait, Costco usually starts selling a mat in January, when they get all their home gym stuff. I got it a couple years ago and it's a pretty good quality, I don't recall the brand though (I can check when I get home). I remember it being $20-$30. better quality than the $10 gaiam one I got at Marshalls.

I'm quite heavy myself. I use a tri-fold mat that's 20mm thick! Once you workout on that, you can never go back to a 5mm mat. The only issue is poor protability compared to yoga mats.
I got the prosourcefit brand from amazon for about $25, but they may be a bit more now.

These look like what is used to secure large luggage for check in.

Can anyone suggest good poses for these with a link to a site with photos?
