Great card if you're renting. You're earning points on payments you wouldn't have earned points on without paying a high credit card transaction fee. Even has an option to ACH a payment if your landlord/building isn't part of the Bilt network.

This card is trash, Wells Fargo gives really low credit limit, hard inquiry on your account and 10000 points is $70 Amazon dollars. There are many credit cards out there which give you $200 or more cash back with higher limits.
