If you specifically need the ratchet in hackzall, and don't have any Milwaukee tools already, this is a nice deal
But otherwise, this is not the fuel /brushless line of tools. The current M12 fuel impact wrench is a beast compared to these two drivers, easily replaces both of them
Also note, these are 1.2 amp hour batteries, they will not last or provide the best tool performance compared to a 2Ah orc 2.5Ah HO battety
From Acme Tools:
Current Price $219.00 Was: $349.00
Save $25-$100 with code: JUMPRED
So even without buying other tools the price would be $194 ($219-$25) If you buy $81 more of Milwaukee stuff it's only spending $56 thanks to the $50 off $300, thank me later when you use that to explain why you got more stuff
Only you know if the kit is what you're looking for, so if it is what you want then I'd suggest going to Acme. Nothing but great experiences with them.
Jumpred details:
Purchase $199+ on select Milwaukee items and save $25 with code: JUMPRED, or purchase $299+ and save $50, or purchase $499+ and save $100. The discount will apply in cart to qualifying orders with the correct code use. Maximum discount of $100 per order. This promotion is valid for online purchases only. Not valid for in-store redemption.
Is it a great set? No not really. This is the budget-line of M12's tools. Even the flashlight is a boatload of meh. None of these are exceptional performers. But you'll spend a lot more overall on individual tools. Then again, I'm comfortable around tools and already own better performing models. It's easy for me to look down upon these as "not worth my time".
So it depends on if you just need a basic set for someone just starting out, or if you know what you want and recognize these aren't going to be the best fit.

Breakdown: I got the m12 fuel drill set for $140, with ratchet it is $199. Hackzall is $80-100 on sale. The light is negligible.
Haha I use mine and the multi tool for pumpkins as well. Went to use it to breakdown a branch for trash pickup and it smells like pumpkin spice Milwaukee when it's hot.
