Mine got an air quality sensor fault. You can reset your filter life.

Got the corded Ball Total Clean today and gave it a quick try. I have a dog that sheds long fur. A couple concerns:
1. Ball part got very hot, which is where the motor/etc is located, is this normal? My assumption is it's normal, but other Ball owners please chime in.
2. When vacuuming the rug, it wasn't very good at sucking up dog fur. It either left fur on the rug, or it left "lines" on the rug where the fur looks like it wasn't event touched.

I'm going to do a test with my old vacuum and new vacuum on two sides of rug to compare. My old vacuum has been excellent, I believe it sucks up every last bit of fur in a single pass. It releases a strong smell of pet dander now though, which is why I'm looking for a replacement.

anyone recommend a 3rd party v8 filter set at amazon? these days there are so many sellers with fake reviews its an exercise to figure out which one to try.

Got mine yesterday (V8 absolute), in a well packed brown box. Everything looks brand new, no dirt or scratches. Works perfect, ran about 20 minutes with fluffy head and vacuumed the couch with the motorized tool. No power loss and still had juice left when done.

Just checked it. It has the 2023 detangling head and couch tool. So from what a quick search told me, it has all the 2023 accessories.

I got the item today. I bought V8 Origin. The power adaptor was not fit. The adaptor model number is 27057604. The hole is too small to fit.

For what it's worth, my refurbished v8 crapped out after less than a month. Dyson support is impossible to get in contact with, and when I finally was able to talk to someone through their Whatsapp support they directed me to call and sit on hold.

When I messaged them through ebay, they responded with a question once but then not again. Luckily tomorrow is the last day I can return so I will initiate a return through ebay. Caveat emptor.

My v10 arrived today, almost two weeks after the order date. Both motorheads stop working after a few seconds. I am returning it tomorrow.
