Edit: apparently they're made in France. I was confusing them with the Crosswind brand. They're still very much no-name and I'd recommend reading up on them online before committing.

Doesn't look like these tires apply, but if you are in the market for Coopers, there is a rebate out there until Nov 30th.

Was a bummer since they worked pretty well up until then, switched over to Yokohama Geolander A/T G015's and they have been wonderful. Would highly recommend, much quieter than the Coopers (even brand new) on the highway and rated for M+S so I run them year round in Colorado.
Similarly priced, I bought them for $150/tire on sale on ebay in 2022. Also since this same model was carried by Discount Tire and these were brand new, I was able to purchase the accident coverage that DT offers (same as if I had bought through DT directly) when getting the tires mounted.
