Just the fact that they're not insulting us by bundling it with only 16GB of RAM makes this a strong pick.
If you're a patient gamer who missed out on all of the PS4 exclusives that also made their way to PC, this is a really compelling entry point. It should also have no trouble emulating PS3 and Switch.
For context, my 1660Ti and 9th gen i5 can run Spiderman Remastered at 1080P with most settings on high or 4K with a mix of medium and low settings, and this setup runs circles around it.
Also, developers are still barely dipping their toes into what's possible with Direct Storage, so we might see the GPU memory requirements ease up as faster NVME drives come out. 8GB on the graphics card might not be quite as restrictive if you can drop in a really fast 1TB drive and use it as a cache.
If anything, larger cases create dead zones where pockets of air can get trapped instead of being exhausted quickly.
It also looks like they have plenty of exhaust and intake fans installed, whereas other prebuilts leave them out to be quieter.
As for upgrades, this probably isn't a system to do that with. A better card will probably require removing one of the fans at minimum. And regardless, pairing a 4090 with an i5 seems mismatched.
At this price point, just buy it and use it until Nvidia releases the 5000 series and then put together a more comprehensive system around it.

Only cons are i5F which means no video if the GPU dies... and the fact they don't show the rear i/o, and I like a LOT of USB ports.
