I have a monthly premium subscription that is no longer on the 7.95 promo rate and it says this:

OK after working with live chat they were able to honor the promo for me. 12 months, 12 credits for $75. Thanks OP!

I chatted with Audible and attempted to get in on this deal.

I had cancelled my subscription last year because they said that they no longer offered the 'Discount Audible Premium Plus Annual—12 Credits for $99' that I had been doing for several years. I tried a couple of times during the year to see if they were offering it again to no avail.

Today the agent said that I could not get in on the $75 deal since I was not a current subscriber.

He did say that I could get ... wait for it ... the 'Discount Audible Premium Plus Annual—12 Credits for $99'.

I signed up and am good to go for another 12 months.

Edit: My sister and I have truly enjoyed Audible. Luckily, we share a similar taste in books and I share my account with her. I have 100s of books that we have listened to.

That's an amazing deal. Without specifically asking for this plan, I attempted to get it from the Chat agent, but it did not work. It sounds like they can only offer whatever offers are currently available on the account (not all of which we can see, apparently). I was offered "Discounted Audible Premium Plus Annual—12 Credits for $99" and opted to wait to see what happens closer to Black Friday.

Thank you! I tried the same a couple of times but they couldn't do it. Finally had to talk to a supervisor who generated a custom promo for me and it finally worked! I was offered an alternative where I could get an annual plan for 99.99 and was offered a 25$ coupon since the promo wasn't working.

I was already set/scheduled to be moved to the annual $99 plan. I wasn't eligible for the $75 promo until I switched back to a monthly premium plus plan. It took several attempts/links with the CS agent via chat.

For those that don't listen to too many audiobooks a year, spotify added audibooks I think you get 12 hours a month or something like that? Pretty cool addition to the subscription at no cost. Basically a book a month which is the same as Audible.

An agent was going to give me this deal, but then said I couldn't because I was on a 2 credit plan, not 1.

On the bright side, the agent gave me a free credit...
