You need to pay $5-10 monthly rent for them. They replace it with new or refurbished whenever you have issue again based on availability; end of day you won't own it.

For the price can't beat it but if I had a choice to buy at regular price I prefer the one where there's only one spout for both the hot and cold

I am on a Primo subscription bought at costco and have the same model which I dont own (Primo does) and I pay approx $4 per month as rent for the machine. have been thinking of buying the machine for long term but not sure of the warranty. As part of the subscription, Primo said that they will replace my machine if it stops working and that's why I am paying the monthly fee..not sure if I should buy instead. Can people with experience on this share thoughts? TIA

FWIW, I've had this same model for 5 yrs now, and have never had a problem. I also use it more than most since our tap water is poison out here.
