I've had this vacuum for a year. It's perfect for my all-hardwood house. Laser is awesome. Also nice that it tells me when to clean the filter. Biggest gripes- incompatible with non-slim attachments, can't stand on its own and doesn't lean well, bin is annoying to empty.

I have the LG and V8. I hate how quickly the LG filter clogs. It even comes with 2 filters so that you can keep vacuuming while the other one is drying after cleaning it so often.

How are you dealing with the battery life and the small dust receptacle? I am sending mine back because I have to recharge at least two times whenever I need to clean my house. It is an amazing product in terms of the dust collection ability and the laser made me a little bit OCD.

I got this back when BB&B had it for $399 + $100 gift card. Best vacuum ever. Only complaint is that the battery doesn't last long. I wished they sold 3rd party ones

You can get adapters so that you can use your power tool batteries with it and they last a lot longer. Look on Amazon.

Got this a year ago for $70 more. It's been a great vacuum. My complaints are how small the bin is and I had to have the wand replaced because it breaks pretty easily. I use it on hardwood, tile and carpet and the attachments work great. Just be careful with the wand so that it doesn't get too much pressure.
