Reviews said it's too gentle it doesn't clean your face well. I love the moisturizer but does anyone has experience with the cleanser?

I've used this before and its great for sensitive skin. The cerave counterpart dries my face out too much

I currently use it. It works pretty well. Better than an ultra gentle cleanser I've used. Removes BB cream completely without scrubbing.
