Be very aware that Best Buy allows booster pack returns, which means people open, reseal, and return them. I've bought multiple ones that had been resealed. I was able to return them, but still a big pain!

How hard is it to tell they have been opened and resealed?

I really wish companies would ban returns on trading card packs

Most do, like Target and Walmart.
I'm surprised a large company like Best Buy allows it.

Not hard if you know what to look for. I watched a couple of youtube videos of warning signs cuz I didn't want to get scammed and then it was pretty easy to tell.
