I just got one of these in the last month. For context, I also have a Miyoo Mini Plus and a Steam Deck. This has definitely been my go to device for PS1 emulation and below. Much more comfortable to hold than the two other devices for retro games. It's not quite pocketable, but it's been an amazing experience at home.

N64, Dreamcast, PSP and DS have all been a decent experience to a degree, though I would look for a more powerful device if those systems are what you are really after.

The X55 sounds good if you want a larger screen handheld (portable, not pocketable) with pretty good performance for a budget price.

Can someone try out WWF No Mercy on the N64 and let me know how it works? I've tried running it on a Powkiddy RGB10 Max and it runs at around 70% speed.

Got this for my 9 year old son who is very into mario and sonic games. He 100% loves it. You should absolutely get the 128gb card in the package deal, as it comes preloaded with over 30,000 games. I thought I was going to have to load games for him, but was pleasantly surprised that it already had most games. I did have to load mario games, but almost all other games are pre-loaded

I highly recommend you view, or at least skim, this video. It's long, so I know it won't be for everyone, but Russ with Retro Game Corps reviews pretty much every retro handheld. His takeaway, for anyone not wanting to watch the video, is that it's the best handheld under $90.00.

It stutters quite a bit, I would say its unplayable. I have read that there are plugins and other things you can do to greatly improve performance over the stock stuff the X55 comes with but I have not had a chance to mess with N64 settings yet.
