This isn't just purified water.

No but I have a water bottle that adds hydrogen to the water. Ain't the Alkaline water thing a scam?

Probably, but I've heard anecdotal stories of people who say this helped provide symptom relief from people with upper gi problems. I'm a skeptical dietitian, but if the placebo works, take it
This is absolutely a marketing gimmick. KOH is potassium hydroxide, a common and cheap base (alkaline). By default an Alkaline substance CAN help with upset stomach, but you are paying a premium for a non-premium product. TUMS (or similar) work exactly the same way.
$16 since this is almost $16 for 16 liters of water. 4.22 gallons of water for $16. That's some really expensive water. Granted, there are a lot of other things that are worse for you (soda, sugary drinks) that can cost more per liter.
Most IBS problems can be fixed with placebo. https://urlhasbeenblock
