basically all lionsgate: has all the hunger games series, twilight series, and divergent series, a few misc other titles with the actors from the new film.
wording doesn't specify only once per account, but in previous deals i've bought multiple titles and gotten multiple codes (and fandango vip credits and gift cards should still work fine):
