It was indeed in stock as of 1am PST. I bought it but then cancelled after seeing the abysmal failure rates of Hisense TVs in general. Their customer service reputation isn't great either. Didn't want to end up with an expensive oversized brick after 2 years.

I've dealt with their customer service and you're not wrong. It was terrible. They did finally end up repairing my TV that was stuck in a bootloop after having it for about 8 months, but it took about 3 months to even have someone contact me back about getting it repaired. That's why I'm so on the fence about getting the 85 inch version of this. Reviews are great for it, but do I want to risk it...

This is why its better to just get bestbuy's protection! Last time they just gave me a giftcard after the second repair!
