I noticed Best Buy dropped its listing to $3500 as well a few days ago, but it was never actually in stock at that price. This is the lowest price I have seen for this TV in stock. It could go down on Black Friday, but there is no guarantee of that, as the model only came out a month or two ago and other, lesser TVs (such as the Samsung 98 inch at $5K) are still more expensive.

Rtings says it's a go.
Yeah I'm betting that means the price is adjusting down, and I'm not surprised given that 75" and 85" tvs are getting so cheap.
If this drops down to sub 3k, it's going to be a clear winner over an OLED 77 or 83 inch for my family room, definitely a winner over a projector for the outdoor living space for those hot summer nights, and most definitely a winner in the game room. OLED contrast is unbeatable, but screen real estate for complete immersion more than makes up for it. 😍
