I have that too, but I was told via chat that any charges after the expiration date, in this case 11/15, will not be eligible for the cash back. Just FYI. So at best, you'll get one 9.99 charge back.

I must be missing this? I'm looking at the offer on the app and I don't see any expiration date for the $84 disney bundle credit offer....are you talking about a separate/different offer?

Edit: Nevermind, looks like the offer with the 11/15/23 expiration is an add to card offer as opposed to this offer from the OP which is in the Membership>Benefits>View All section of the app.

Fine print on Amex shows anything that's more than 9.99 through Disneyplus

My question exactly. I just saw this in the App as described and claimed it. There is no mention of an expiry date. Does that mean this is forever?


DOH--- Nevermind. It says $84 so that would mean 12 months of $7 credits. LMAOLMAOLMAO

The small print explains this applies even for bundles.

"..receive a $7 statement credit each month after a qualifying purchase is made on the Card Account online at U.S. websites DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or Plus.espn.com and in U.S. dollars at least $9.99 (excluding taxes) in that calendar month. "Qualifying purchases" include Disney Bundle monthly subscription purchases of at least $9.99 a month (excluding taxes) and any other monthly or annual subscription purchase or add-ons of at least $9.99 (excluding taxes) in any one calendar month purchased at U.S. websites DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or Plus.espn.com made on your enrolled Card Account."

If you sign up for annual plan, then you get just one $7 credit since it would be just one charge. So to get this full $84 credit, you have to be signed on the monthly plan NOT THE ANNUAL PLAN.

Secondly it's not just disneyPlus, this can be for the HULU.com or PLUS.ESPN.COM signups too.

Why was this just posted now? It's been available for months. The minimum limit to get the deal may have been lower; we're still getting it from a legacy with Disney ad-free but the other two with ads.

Good deal regardless, just surprised on the timing

This has been a standard benefit (not offer) on my Amex Blue card for several months now.

Note that it need not be Disney Bundle. I use it on ad-free Hulu.
