Disney+ has a deal with amex benefit of $7 monthly credit.

Get a $7 monthly statement credit after using your enrolled Blue Cash Everyday Card to spend $9.99 or more each month on a subscription to the Disney Bundle. Valid only at DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, or Plus.espn.com in the U.S. Subscription subject to auto-renewal.‡

How It Works
Enroll now.
Go to DisneyPlus.com.
Sign up for an auto-renewing Disney Bundle subscription or log into your existing Disney Bundle account and enter your enrolled Card as the payment method.
After your eligible purchase of $9.99 or more is charged to your enrolled Card, you'll typically receive a $7 statement credit in a few days, but it can take up to 6-8 weeks.

‡Benefit Terms
$84 Disney Bundle Credit
Enrollment on the American Express Benefit Dashboard is required to receive this benefit. Basic Blue Cash Everyday® Card Members are eligible to receive a $7 statement credit each month after a qualifying purchase is made on the Card Account online at U.S. websites DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or Plus.espn.com and in U.S. dollars at least $9.99 (excluding taxes) in that calendar month. "Qualifying purchases" include Disney Bundle monthly subscription purchases of at least $9.99 a month (excluding taxes) and any other monthly or annual subscription purchase or add-ons of at least $9.99 (excluding taxes) in any one calendar month purchased at U.S. websites DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or Plus.espn.com made on your enrolled Card Account. If you purchase a monthly subscription, unless you notify the merchant that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew for another monthly subscription period (subject to applicable law). This means that the merchant will collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any taxes by charging a credit card the merchant has on record for you without notifying you unless notification is required by applicable law. Your purchase will not qualify if you purchase your subscription through a third-party device or digital platform (unless the device or platform redirects to DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com or Plus.espn.com for purchase), or as a bundle with cable services or as another bundle. If you upgrade an already existing Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ subscription to the Disney Bundle monthly subscription in the middle of a subscription month, your first month's subscription purchase will be pro-rated and may be less than $9.99 and therefore may not qualify for a statement credit that month. Further, if you change an already existing Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ annual subscription to the Disney Bundle and your ongoing monthly charge is less than $9.99, your purchase may not qualify for a statement credit. A single purchase of an annual subscription on an enrolled account also qualifies for a $7 statement credit, but the Card Account would only be eligible for a one-time $7 statement credit in the month of this purchase.

Once enrolled this benefit, Basic Blue Cash Everyday® Card Members or any Additional Card Members on the Card Account must spend a minimum of $9.99 in one or more qualifying U.S. purchases by the last day of each calendar month for the Account to be considered eligible for a statement credit in that month. The ability to earn a statement credit will reset on the first day of each calendar month and end on the last day of the same calendar month. Qualifying purchases must be charged to the enrolled Card Account for the benefit to apply. Purchases by both the enrolled Basic Card Member and any Additional Card Members on the enrolled Card Account are eligible for statement credits. However, each Card Account is only eligible for one $7 statement credit per month. If you signed up for the Disney Bundle through Disney+, including using your ESPN+ account information, you may cancel your subscription online through your Disney+ account. If you signed up for the Disney Bundle through Hulu, you may cancel your subscription online through Hulu. Please note, if you had a pre-existing Disney+, Hulu or ESPN+ subscription before signing up for the Disney Bundle, your pre-existing subscriptions may continue. For more information, please visit the Disney+ Help Center. Must be 18 or older to subscribe to Disney+ or the Disney Bundle. Use of the service is subject to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and Disney Privacy Policy (at https://www.disneyplus.com/legal/...-agreement).

Please allow 6-8 weeks after a qualifying purchase is charged to the Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account. Please call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after 8 weeks from the date of purchase. American Express relies on the merchant to process transactions within the same calendar month that you made the purchase in order to apply the $7 monthly statement credit in the month that it was intended. For example, if you make an eligible purchase on the last day of the month, but the merchant doesn't process that transaction until the next day, then the statement credit would be applied in the following month. A statement credit will not be received if American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible for this benefit. To be eligible for this benefit, Card Account must not be canceled and not past due at the time of statement credit fulfillment. For additional information, call the number on the back of your Card.

You will see the $84 Disney Bundle Offer there.
I have that too, but I was told via chat that any charges after the expiration date, in this case 11/15, will not be eligible for the cash back. Just FYI. So at best, you'll get one 9.99 charge back.

There is no D+ price grandfathered. I had D+ continuously from pre-launch in 2019 until about 2 weeks ago. I originally had the $139.99 for 3 years pre-launch promo and when that ended in 11/2022 they gave me the then current $99.99/year plan and then this November it was the $139.99/year plan. Nothing was grandfathered.
Same as you, had D+ since it's inception. I am grandfathered in on a $2.99 price for ad-free D+ as part of my Hulu (w/ads) subscription. I basically pay $6/mo for Hulu (ads) and D+ (no ads). If I cancelled the D+ subscription, I could not get it back for $2.99 for ad-free.

Where is the Hulu-Ad/Disney-NoAd $10.98 package? D+ No Ads is $13.99/month by itself.

Thanks and repped. Given that you say it's a "feature" rather than an "offer" and I see no expiration date, then it appears my Amex Blue Cash should have this $7 off "feature" indefinitely.

I think these are all my options:
(1) $7.99 for Hulu with ads + my existing D+ ad-free add-on for $2.99 = $10.98 - $7 Amex = $3.98 per month
(2) 99c for Hulu with ads (1 year promo with a new account deal in another thread) + $2.99 D+ with ads add-on = $3.98 per month
(3) $9.99 for Hulu with ads + D+ with ads bundle for $9.99 - $7 Amex = $2.99 per month

If the above is right, then it seems my best option is to do nothing and let my $1.99 Hulu + $2.99 D+ ad-free add-on promo expire and jump up to $7.99 + $2.99 charged to my Amex card. Not having D+ ads is worth $1 more per month.

Also, some people are talking about being offered 6 more months of Hulu with ads for $2.99 if they try to cancel. However, that would be $2.99 for 6 months + $2.99 D+ ad-free add-on which is $5.98 per month and doesn't trigger the Amex $7 off.

Again, unless I'm missing something option (1) and doing nothing is my best option because of the perpetual $7 off Amex.

It's a 'grandfathered' price. See Deltaron's attached post.

Since there is no grandfathered D+ plan it must be due to the Hulu Bundle. Kind of stinks that D+ offers nothing to stand alone subscribers.

I kept the $10.98 renewal and just changed payment to Amex. Was charged on 11/25 for the $10.98 and am still waiting for the $7 credit….

12/4 just saw the $7 credit posted today. YAY! 👏

My renewal ended up being $11.85 due to taxes and was charged to AMEX on 11/26. Hopefully I'll see the $7 credit tomorrow.

Interesting question I have. Can you add 2 cards to this offer and split the payment and charge each of them 9.99 manually? Realizing that the duo combo is actually $19.99 which is one cent more, could you just make 2 manual payments for $9.99 each one and overpay by the penny?

Can anyone confirm if "bundle" requires a sub to more than just Disney Plus?

Or does Amex give the credit for a subscription to just Disney Plus without Hulu or ESPN?
