I was looking for a good time to turn on the oven and do some baking, but it looks like it was last week when we had one day 69 degrees.
We've had over a week of cooler weather. I was just outside but I don't remember what the weather was like other than it wasn't super chilly like yesterday. I should've put chili but that wouldn't have been very punny. I can barely operate a microwave (and I've had one catch on fire) so I can't imagine me baking anything. The microwave caught on fire when I put in a tv dinner. All of the sudden it started smoking so I unplugged it and carried it outside. Carrying it outside was the wrong thing to do because something bad could've happened to me. If anybody knows what to do in that situation, I'd love to hear about it.

On the SW website, I have to completely close out the tab after I've signed out before I open a new tab and sign in on a different card.

On the SW app, I have to delete the app, then add it back on in order to sign in on a different card.

Did you get the Starbucks offer? I want to go back for more. I got 2 this morning and the vanilla one sounds really good. The last free offer from Vons that I liked was the Mt Dew Blast (only the red one) and that was probably 6 months ago. Everything else I give away. After I sign out of the Vons acct on my computer I can type in a new email and everything will work fine. I don't understand why it let me sign in this time to a new acct when the old one was still active but that's ok, there's a lot about computers that I don't understand. I finally called CVS and they credited my acct but it was $10 less than what I lost. I think it was because I said ecb's and $10 of it was Carepass. I was having trouble understanding the CVS rep and she kept on putting me on hold with this awful piano music that was totally stressing me out. I decided that the best thing for me to do was to take the loss and get off of the phone.

this new $50 threshold for Sams Plus members is a disaster. Someone asked me to order them one thing. So, I put an order together to meet the $50 delivery requirement to their address.
Well, It turns out, the one item they wanted was "shipping only", so they tried charging me $8 for that, and they tried charging $8 for the delivery portion, even though my total was over $50.
I am going to cancel that membership next time Im in the area.

BTW, anyone know where i could order a bag of sugar from to have shipped? thats what caused all of this.

I went to Vons this morning. The Starbucks display was still empty but so was the shelf. I was very bummed out. I'm going back in a little bit to if they restocked it for me lol.

I'm going to add Sono Bello to the list of commercials I hate. The creepy doctor tips it over the edge. Maybe he can operate on the lady who does the Discover commercials.

Vons has a display out for Oreo cookie flavored Coke. I'm going to bet that it's this weekend's freebie. I'm going to check tomorrow morning to see if the Starbucks Cold Brew is restocked. It will really suck if it is.

Does anybody watch The Anonymous? I was really tired last week so I don't remember much of what happened. I tried to stream it this morning but USA TV is all screwed up and I couldn't get it to work. My pick to win the show is Lilly. I think that she's much smarter than she's letting on. The biggest danger is Victoria because she's the master manipulator. The most diabolical is without a doubt Jack. Andy is keeping out of the spotlight so he may make it to the final two. Andy vs Lilly would be very interesting. I'm going with Lilly but it's 51/49.

Hoda and Jenna taste tested them a week or two ago and gave them a thumbs up. I haven't tried them but I like Oreos and I like Coke, so I hope I do, especially if I pay money to get a package.
