Get: $1 ibotta and 800 shopkick ($3.40)
Net: $4.79/2, $2.39 per
When I was comparing CVS vs Target. Had gotten some @ Target a few weeks ago when there'd been a $3 DQ on a $6.79 - 112ct. This weeks' CVS price is better.
That's an incredible deal. Getting 6 Huggies wipes for $4.79 isn't easy to do. I'd say it's more like impossible.

During walgreen's DD, I got these free & got fetch points during that time. Double RRs, cash points, and fetch points back. Plus you could roll both RRs into the deal, repeating. I bought my stores out. I still got a lot of them. That was fun.

That's incredible. If I can get Huggies or Pampers wipes for around a dollar that's a buy price for me. With an online price match of $8.99 on the Simply Clean 3-pack, the bogo free sale, and doing them as part of a 10/70 deal, they were still a little more than a dollar but I want to spend down my EB's and I always need more baby wipes. I miss the old days at Ralphs (Kroger) when I could fill my shopping cart with Pampers wipes and Kotex pads and hardly pay anything but that was before covid.

Question to those that got the mailed P&G coupons - anyone finding pricing as low as the flyer states items will cost after coupon? I'm most interested in the Magic Erasers which state as low as 49 cents after $2 coupon. What I'm finding is pricing in the $5+ to $6+ range; absolutely nothing anywhere $2.49. Anyone else?

Yeah the Huggies deal Spend $30 get $10 but 2 promos ran at the same time so you got $20 back for buying them. Then I kept getting Point boosters and submitting the receipts to fetch before they pulled KC. I still have so many products from that deal. the current CVS deal is good but SK pulled the deal. Not that I needed it but I hate that they do that.

Vons has their baby wipes as part of the 10/10 sale. I have a 5/5 J4U so I can get 10 wipes for 50 cents ea. I hope that they still have stock. I missed it yesterday when the ad started because I didn't read thru the list if items.

It was a challenge to find the books that's for sure. I remember that Blink was in a lot of my deals lol. The big thing, of course, was the Bayer glucose monitor. I struck out on the baby wipes. My local store was already sold out.

Since CVS and P&G got in bed with this universal coupon thing, the only paper coupons that work at CVS are the P&G ones (from what's been reported). A little suspect, don't you think...I have to wonder how a Centrum coupon that I had to sign up for on the Centrum website can come up as invalid at CVS. Is Centrum aware of all of the sales they're losing because of CVS's refusal to accept a perfectly valid coupon? I needed vitamins and I ended up buying Vitafusion instead of Centrum because of the great digital coupons for Vitafusion even though Centrum was my first choice. I haven't tried the Vitafusion vitamins yet but if I like them I'll be a Vitafusion buyer from now on. It's a terrible thing to have valid coupons not work at the register at CVS.

Sure wished one of the Attorney Generals in this great big ole US of A was a couponerWink as I'm sure this is a total violation of some state's consumer protection laws. Isn't it a kind of bait and switch to have a printed q from a publication(SAVE) totally valid but then not allowed in a store with no disclaimer of any sort?
For those that have Lidl I have encountered this multiple times recently with their flyers advertising an item and the price is different or product unavailable and no possibility of a raincheck. I know that violates Consumer Laws but they are getting away with it. Guess the government forgot they work for us working stiffs and not themselves.

People tend to accept things instead of standing up and fighting for what's right. Is Lidl really charging a higher price on their ad item without a disclaimer? They should be put out of business for that. I get that a mistake can happen but that's what a disclaimer is for. You can't say that Sargento cheese is on sale for $2.49 but it's $4.99 when you get to the store and not face serious consequences.

One thing I often notice on local grocery store ads is a comment to the effect that prices could be misprinted and what is in the store takes precedent. I'm sure this is to protect themselves from any consequences serious or not. Something I seem to be saying more often lately is 'it is what it is' since so many workers no longer take pride in their work nor do even a halfway decent jog.

There aren't any Lidl's here so I have no personal experience with them but I did some research and people say that they do things like pull the sale price before the ad is over. At my local CVS, the staff during the day is the cashier and SM. The SM never comes out of the office. There are mountains of merchandise in the warehouse because there's nobody to bring it out. The right stuff never gets ordered because the computer does all of the ordering. The store can only request 5 items. The price tags were never put up for this week because there's nobody to put them up. Corporate wants the cashiers to focus on selling more Carepass. The line is already 15 people long and the cashier is supposed pitch everybody Carepass? Then you've got the people who want locked cases opened, need help in photo, and want lottery tickets cashed and it's just the one cashier all by herself. CVS is pushing pick and packs (in-store pick-ups) and there's a time limit for when they have to be filled otherwise the store gets penalized by corporate. How exactly is the cashier supposed to take pride her job? CVS is a sinking ship that just hit the iceberg.
