I have one too. The bottom heating element crystal cracked. They don't sell parts for it like the BOV800 model. Despite the crack, it still worked but I would like it repaired so I sent it in as per their instructions. They deemed it not-repairable even though it still works. They offered me 30% off a new one. When I got it back, it had a dent in it and now trips my GFCI which it had/did neither when I sent it out.

Breville lost me as a customer after 13 years of buying multiple appliances.

Low quality. I won't buy Breville again. I bought the Air Fryer Pro (BOV900BSS i think) from Sur La Table on black friday. A week later it stopped heating up. Breville replaced it, but now the knobs on the second one feel noticibly different. They feel scratchy and low quality.

Based of the poor quality I've seen on two brand new units and the lack of repairability mentioned in the above comment, I am very turned off by the idea of paying $400 for this. I am considering returning this and buying from another company.
